Drive the full sales lifecycle for IMG Academy camp programs, converting high-volume inbound inquiries into enrollments. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting consultative sales calls, recommending programs, managing CRM pipelines, following up by phone and email, hosting campus tours, developing enrollment opportunities, and coordinating customer transitions. The role requires strong sales performance, sports knowledge, communication skills, CRM proficiency, flexible evening and weekend availability, and regular campus mobility.

Provides employment and education legal counsel across wage and hour, discrimination, leave, discipline, agreements, investigations, immigration, litigation, and compliance. Develops policies, procedures, training, and risk-mitigation practices; supports academic admissions, enrollment, investigations, and disputes; and manages outside counsel. The role collaborates with People Operations, safety, health, and learning teams while advising stakeholders in a fast-paced campus environment.
