Support rollout of continuous improvement programmes across UK manufacturing sites by facilitating workshops, coaching managers and teams, analysing performance data, delivering training, and embedding CI methodologies to drive sustainable operational improvements.

Provide monthly/quarterly market and competitor analysis for RAC end-markets, including import/export stats, market shares, competitor profiles, financials, and macro indicators. Support Indian leadership with reporting, M&A screening/profiling, dashboards, and presentations. Use Excel/PowerPoint and market databases to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
