Leads regional Science and Technology strategy for Paint and Coatings across EMEA. Manages approximately 20 scientists and S&T professionals, develops laboratory capabilities, drives new product and application development, builds a five-year innovation roadmap, manages intellectual property and technical projects, and coordinates with commercial, marketing, operations, customers, and global teams. Requires strong industry R&D leadership, business acumen, customer engagement, and product development experience.

Assists with receiving, stock transfer orders, shipping team activities, and vendor invoice processing. Maintains professional communication with employees and cross-trains in shipping operations. Requires a high school diploma or GED, or limited related experience and training, along with SAP experience and the ability to interpret procedures, write routine reports, and solve practical problems.

Supports HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including time and attendance, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, employer branding, employee communications, and HR analytics. Provides guidance to employees and managers, uses HRIS data to generate workforce reports, supports HR digitalization, and contributes to employee engagement and process improvement initiatives in an international environment.
