Lead and manage sales, logistics and marketing for Vietnam; develop market studies, acquire and manage customers, drive pricing/quality/delivery optimization, support new product development, coordinate with international teams, manage collections and sales budgets, and supervise sales staff while ensuring compliance with company processes and participation in S&OP, ISO, EHS activities.

The Project Engineer manages capital projects, ensures compliance with regulations, develops budgets, supervises maintenance projects, and improves equipment reliability.

Lead and execute site-wide Operational Excellence initiatives using Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma. Build and manage project teams, coach and develop staff, influence leadership, quantify P&L impact, perform statistical analysis, and drive sustained process improvements across manufacturing operations.
