Manages demand forecasting and monthly S&OP processes across manufacturing sites. Analyzes forecast accuracy, customer demand, production capacity, inventory, risks, and opportunities; prepares scenarios and metrics for executive review; aligns Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Plant leadership; leads allocation planning and process improvements; and follows up on actions and short-term supply-demand issues. Requires up to 30% business travel.

Coordinates international ocean export shipments from US plants to overseas customers, including carrier bookings, drayage, export documentation, tracking, billing audits, customer communication, and shipment schedule updates. Maintains SOPs, customer profiles, and carrier performance KPIs while collaborating with logistics, shipping, production, finance, customer service, carriers, and external vendors.

Operate industrial machinery and production processes, including bagging, packaging, bulk handling, lorry loading, and customer dispatch. Maintain product quality, housekeeping, safety, and EHS compliance while meeting production targets. Assist with routine maintenance and work collaboratively within the team. Training will be provided on required processes, forklift operation, and front-end loading shovel use.
