Provides hands-on operational excellence consulting to manufacturers across Illinois. Leads client engagements from planning through implementation and outcome tracking using Lean, continuous improvement, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis. Advises and coaches client teams, develops solution proposals, manages multiple projects, builds partnerships, and provides thought leadership through webinars, speaking, and articles. The role is field-based with frequent in-state travel and occasional air travel.

Provides consulting to manufacturers on digital transformation, smart manufacturing, IIoT, automation, robotics, AI, analytics, ERP/MRP, and MES technologies. Conducts readiness assessments, identifies technology gaps, develops implementation roadmaps, leads pilot projects, and supports measurable operational improvements. Prepares proposals and sales presentations, manages client engagements and third-party technology providers, and contributes to Industry 4.0 service development. The role is field-based in Illinois, requires frequent travel and driving, and includes hands-on work at manufacturing facilities.

The Finance Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, grant tracking, audit support, compliance, internal controls, and financial process improvement. The role provides actionable insights to leadership, supports strategic planning and risk management, improves financial systems and reporting, and mentors finance team members. Applicants must reside in Illinois, have reliable transportation for periodic statewide travel, and work authorization without visa sponsorship.
