Corporate Counsel will support ExamWorks Canada across commercial contracting, privacy, cybersecurity, employment, regulatory, litigation, corporate governance, compliance, and strategic transactions. The role drafts and negotiates agreements, advises business leaders, manages legal risks, supports mergers and acquisitions, coordinates external counsel, and maintains corporate records. Candidates need a Canadian law degree, Ontario or Quebec bar membership, and approximately 2–4 years of post-call experience. Bilingual English/French proficiency and law firm experience are preferred.

Operationalize and manage enterprise governance across AI, automation, data and analytics, and product investments. Own governance policies, exceptions, committee operations, maturity tracking, stakeholder requirements, risk scoring, data catalog and lineage processes, security and privacy controls, reporting, and user enablement. The role requires business analysis, data governance, AI risk assessment, regulatory awareness, Agile delivery, and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Conduct one-time, in-person behavioral health examinations for veterans and active-duty military personnel. Review medical and military records, interview claimants, perform biopsychosocial, psychological, developmental, and cognitive assessments, interpret testing, and provide opinions regarding service-related conditions. Prepare intake and case summaries, maintain confidential records, and document examinations in compliance with applicable regulations and professional standards.
