Manages strategic client accounts and implements national sales programs. Responsibilities include coordinating account setup, developing project plans, maintaining client relationships, resolving issues, supporting sales teams, identifying market opportunities, preparing reports, managing customer information, generating qualified leads, and delivering presentations. The role is remote, territory-based in Texas, and requires approximately 50% field travel, primarily in the Dallas area.

Provides remote client coordination for an independent medical examination and claims services organization. Responds to client and provider inquiries, enters and tracks data, assigns providers, maintains case files, verifies records, supports quality assurance, handles complaints, and performs clerical tasks including typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading while following HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Handles client, provider, physician, and representative inquiries; enters, tracks, verifies, files, and archives case data; coordinates assignments and report status with internal departments; maintains accurate documentation; performs clerical tasks; supports complaint and quality issue resolution; and follows HIPAA, legal, regulatory, and company standards. The role requires strong communication, typing, organization, confidentiality, accuracy, and the ability to work independently onsite.
