Processes accurate hardcopy and electronic invoices, verifies client orders and supporting documentation, monitors rush requests, reports productivity, and follows billing procedures. The role requires basic billing knowledge, strong analytical and organizational skills, accurate typing at 45 words per minute, and the ability to work under pressure and overtime when needed. This is an onsite Monday-through-Friday position in Tampa, Florida.

Conducts quality utilization reviews using evidence-based guidelines to assess medical necessity, care appropriateness, and compliance with regulatory and client requirements. The coordinator documents findings, communicates with providers, ensures review turnaround times, maintains utilization records, supports determination letters, addresses complaints and quality issues, and advises management on compliance concerns. Requires an unencumbered nursing license, utilization review experience, strong medical knowledge, HIPAA expertise, computer proficiency, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Provides remote client support by responding to inquiries, tracking report status, entering and updating case information, coordinating with providers and QA, filing cases, directing calls, and assisting with complaints and quality issues. Performs clerical tasks including typing, emailing, proofreading, and database maintenance while protecting confidential information and following HIPAA, legal, and company requirements.
