Lead North America sales for IMAX Enhanced Live, building partnerships with distributors, streaming platforms and sponsors to drive multi-event licensing deals, manage complex sales cycles, build a $12.5–15M pipeline, and close high-value deals to meet revenue targets.

Provide executive administrative support to the CMO (calendar, travel, expense reports, correspondence) and coordinate marketing projects (meetings, timelines, documentation, presentations, logistics), acting as point of contact for internal and external partners while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring timely follow-through on action items.

Support consolidated financial reporting, technical accounting, and SEC filings for a global organization. Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly results, reconciliations, and ASC 606 revenue analyses. Assist with close processes, disclosures, internal controls, process improvements, automation projects, and special assignments.
