Lead enterprise transformation programs spanning technology, operations, and strategy. Partner with executives to identify improvement opportunities, integrate AI-driven solutions, manage cross-functional delivery, establish success metrics, advise senior leadership, and drive organizational alignment through change management. The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, data analysis, ROI calculation, and communication across business and technical teams.

Coordinates domestic and international dubbed and subtitled versions of IMAX theatrical releases. Manages versioning requirements, assets, inventories, timelines, costs, billing, quality checks, screenings, DCP shipments, and KDM delivery. Works with studios, clients, vendors, theaters, and internal teams to maintain deadlines and quality standards while adapting to changing production requirements.

Leads organizational design and change management initiatives, assessing structures, roles, decision rights, workforce risks, and organizational readiness. Develops transition plans, stakeholder communications, governance, reporting, and adoption measures while coordinating cross-functional partners. Tracks milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and decisions, and provides executive-level recommendations and updates. The role requires discretion, strong facilitation, program management, and experience guiding complex change across international, matrixed organizations.
