Supports product-led growth by identifying opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention; designing and measuring experiments; improving signup, onboarding, and feature discovery; analyzing user and product data; supporting organic social acquisition; writing product requirements; and coordinating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Creative teams. The role also documents experiment results and helps build sustainable growth loops for a generative AI product.

Build and maintain high-performance backend services in Go, design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries, and develop scalable distributed systems and microservices. Collaborate across teams on system architecture, write maintainable code, troubleshoot performance issues, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers. The role also involves concurrency, memory management, networking, and optional cloud-native or AI-service integration.

Supports product roadmap execution, feature planning, KPI tracking, funnel analysis, user research, competitive research, and A/B testing. Analyzes user behavior and product performance using analytics tools, maintains product documentation, and prepares insights for product leaders. Collaborates with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and senior product managers in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.
