Design, build, and maintain Android tablet platform across firmware, bootloader/BSP, kernel, and device-tree layers. Support MediaTek platforms, integrate hardware components, ensure secure boot and OTA safety, maintain ROM build/release processes, develop device-side apps/tools in Kotlin/Java, run validation and QA, support factory flashing and field deployments, and provide on-call diagnostics and fixes.

Lead design and optimisation of in-country supply chains across African countries to ensure devices reach learners and remain operational. Oversee geospatial mapping, route planning, warehouse and repair centre placement, forward and reverse logistics, repairs/refurbishment strategies, inventory tracking, asset security, and e-waste management. Lead Imagine's global MEAL strategy, build high-performing country MEAL teams, ensure data governance and quality, develop dashboards and analyses, guide experimental design and reporting, translate insights for stakeholders, and strengthen organizational data literacy to improve program learning outcomes and operational effectiveness.

Lead government engagement and institutionalization of a tablet-based literacy and numeracy program in Tanzania. Manage stakeholder mapping, advocacy, policy alignment, government capacity building, program governance, and cross‑team collaboration to enable national adoption and sustainable handover to government partners.

Lead and manage Imagine's multi-method research portfolio in Tanzania, ensuring high-quality implementation, ethics compliance, partner coordination, contract and budget management, and government engagement. Design, analyze, and report studies using quantitative and/or qualitative methods; translate findings into program improvements; build in-country research capacity; and progressively assume greater responsibility for research strategy and oversight (Research Director track adds portfolio leadership, technical guidance, and publication expectations).

Lead QA for mobile learning software and data systems: design and run functional tests, manage test labs and adhoc tester teams, run A/B experiments, ensure data quality, troubleshoot device and monitoring failures, and liaise with content and global tech teams to improve learner experience.
