Support the finance team by maintaining the general ledger, preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, fixed asset reconciliations, and audit documentation. Provide accounts payable/receivable and payroll support, assist with budgeting and financial analysis, coordinate departmental administration, and contribute to process improvement and special projects.

Coordinate and supervise Home and Community-Based Services programs: hire and manage direct support staff, ensure HCBS/DHS compliance, develop and monitor Individual Service Plans, oversee medication/financial processes, serve as liaison with case managers and families, manage incident reporting and daily operations, and participate in on-call rotation and site coverage as needed.

Supervise and develop Direct Support Professionals in a Residential Care Facility, manage daily operations (transportation, finances, appointments), administer and document medications, ensure regulatory compliance, and advocate for person-centered care and independence.
