Maintain general ledger, prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, support month- and year-end close, produce financial reports and schedules, assist audits, support AP/AR/payroll/cash management, and lead process improvement projects in a hybrid nonprofit environment.

Support the finance team by maintaining the general ledger, preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, fixed asset reconciliations, and audit documentation. Provide accounts payable/receivable and payroll support, assist with budgeting and financial analysis, coordinate departmental administration, and contribute to process improvement and special projects.

Manage general ledger activities including journal entries, reconciliations, month- and year-end close, and financial reporting. Support AP/AR, payroll, cash management, fixed asset reconciliations, audits, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and process improvement initiatives to ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial information.
