Provides administrative and operations support to the PMA-201 Precision Strike Weapons program office. Responsibilities include managing tasking, correspondence, calendars, emergency response records, organizational charts, travel support, office supplies, facilities requests, events, mail, public release requests, and classified-material assistance. The role interfaces with senior NAVAIR leadership and industry representatives and maintains professional program-office spaces.

Support U.S. Navy aircraft carrier readiness activities across specialties including training, manning, combat systems, logistics, weapons, damage control, maintenance, engineering, and aviation fuels. Coordinate with Navy organizations, shipyards, warfare centers, and readiness stakeholders. Candidates need extensive Carrier community and readiness experience, recent specialty expertise, Microsoft product proficiency, U.S. citizenship, and an active DoD security clearance. Work is contingent on contract and customer approval in Norfolk, Virginia.

Logisticians will manage logistics support activities for U.S. Navy ship programs, coordinating materials, and conducting evaluations on design changes.
