Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, procedures, reports, and guides for Navy and USMC C4ISR systems. Collaborate with engineers, testers, and technical teams to translate complex information into accessible content, review and edit team documentation, maintain version control, follow DoD standards, support process improvement, and manage multiple priorities. The role requires strong communication, organization, collaboration, and technical writing skills, along with an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Supports U.S. Navy telecommunications operations by working with voice and data circuits and processing DISA Direct Order Entry transactions. The role requires at least one year of relevant professional experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active Top Secret clearance. ITIL certification and familiarity with ticket management systems are preferred.

Supports U.S. Navy video teleconference operations by setting up and tearing down calls, bridging disparate VTC systems, and troubleshooting and diagnosing conferencing issues. Requires at least two years of H.323 and H.320 experience, CompTIA Security+ and/or ISC2 SSCP certification, U.S. citizenship, and an active Top Secret clearance.
