Supervise production associates, standards, scheduling, quality assurance, product control, and load-out operations. Ensure products meet customer requirements, minimize inventory loss, maintain OSHA compliance, and support associate engagement. Requires at least two years of warehouse or plant management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, computer proficiency, and leadership ability.

Production Associates sort, launder, inspect, package, and prepare healthcare linens and garments for delivery. They operate laundry equipment, maintain a clean workspace, follow infection-prevention and OSHA procedures, comply with Lockout/Tagout policies, and complete safety training. The role requires standing throughout the shift, lifting up to 30 pounds, and basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Stages laundry loads, operates washers and dryers using correct formulas and weights, cleans the work area, and shuts down facility equipment at the end of each day. The role requires safe independent work, basic literacy and arithmetic, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a manufacturing environment.
