Manages day-to-day client requests for a commercial insurance book of business, supports account executives with renewals, onboarding, negotiations, marketing submissions, carrier communications, proposals, policies, certificates, premium allocations, endorsements, and coverage discrepancy resolution.

Supports Account Managers and Account Executives in servicing middle-market and large-market insurance accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining account information in EPIC, processing certificates, endorsements, billing transactions, policy changes, and premium financing requests; coordinating with accounting; addressing client concerns; and communicating directly with clients. Requires an active Property & Casualty license, insurance knowledge, strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Limited travel under 10% may be required.

Supports insurance program administration, including tracking client deliverables, coordinating underwriting and reinsurance activities, managing governance tasks, preparing financial reports and meeting materials, and overseeing renewal or program formation timelines. The role also manages special projects, communicates with clients and partners, and applies financial and analytical skills while supporting program managers.
