The Senior Scientist will develop mathematical models and computational simulations, working with experimental teams to influence experimental design and data analysis in personalized medicine. Responsibilities include translating theoretical predictions into testable hypotheses and contributing to research publications.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver optical/photonics medical instrumentation. Provide hands‑on technical and site leadership, translate biological needs into engineered systems, drive programs through V&V, align practices with ISO 13485/IVDR/UKCA, and coordinate cross‑site integration and collaboration with scientists and QA/RA.
