Supports daily outbound warehouse operations, including picking, packing, staging, shipping, and loading. Assigns work, directs warehouse associates, monitors order accuracy and productivity, resolves routine issues, and coordinates with inventory, inbound, management, and carriers. Provides training and coaching, enforces safety and housekeeping standards, supports inventory accuracy and quality control, and helps maintain efficient workflow while developing leadership skills for potential advancement to operations supervisor.

Coordinates environmental health and safety compliance and site administration. Responsibilities include maintaining R2v3, TAPA, and OSHA compliance; managing battery waste and safety inspections; organizing training and safety committee activities; maintaining chemical, inspection, and audit records; coordinating staffing agencies; supporting HR; conducting new-hire site tours; and managing office and employee engagement needs.
