Develop concepts, storyboards, animatics, and polished animations across digital ads, social, web, and product explainers. Define motion design system, support video workflows including audio integration, manage multiple projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and iterate based on feedback to build scalable in-house motion capability.

Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams, including managers, while owning end-to-end delivery of scalable cloud products. Drive architecture, design, development, operational excellence, roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, hiring, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Build distributed systems and cloud services, manage technical risks, establish engineering practices and metrics, and deliver secure, high-performance solutions using agile methodologies.
