Leads Illumination Health + Home’s comprehensive fundraising strategy and philanthropic revenue growth. Manages major gifts, individual giving, corporate and foundation partnerships, stewardship, events, Board engagement, and campaign readiness. Personally cultivates and solicits major donors, builds fundraising pipelines, monitors revenue forecasts, and strengthens CRM reporting. Leads and develops the fundraising team while collaborating with the CEO, Board, Finance, Programs, and Marketing to advance the organization’s homelessness and healthcare mission.

The Employee Relations Specialist conducts workplace investigations, coaches leaders on performance and conflict resolution, ensures compliance with California employment laws, maintains employee relations data, develops policies and training, and partners with Legal, Risk, and People & Culture teams. The role requires regular travel among Southern California sites and supports a multi-site workforce through risk management, employee communications, and consistent policy application.
