Supervise a team of outgoing quality inspectors to ensure outgoing solar panels meet specifications and regulatory requirements. Oversee inspection documentation, shipment data submission, quarantines, unpacking/sampling, statistical analysis of electrical parameters, defect tracking, root-cause problem solving, and training to improve packaging and shipment quality.

Lead evaluation, verification, and implementation of new materials and processes for PV module production. Design and execute material trials, troubleshoot process issues, manage 4M change verification, support reliability testing, maintain documentation and cross-functional coordination for smooth NPI into high-volume manufacturing.

Lead and grow an Application Engineering team to manage, integrate, and optimize ERP, MES, and WMS systems for a high-volume solar manufacturing facility. Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues, drive application projects and upgrades, guide custom development and integrations (including AI-assisted tools), liaise with vendors, and ensure documentation, training, and governance across enterprise systems.
