The Supplier Quality Manager ensures solar components meet quality standards by managing supplier assessments, audits, and quality improvement initiatives while leading a high-performing team.

Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events (associate celebrations, recruiting fairs, trade shows, community activities). Manage logistics, vendors, venues, travel, on-site support, and post-event follow-up. Maintain event calendar, measure outcomes, strengthen brand and community partnerships, and ensure events reflect company culture.

The Continuous Improvement / Lean Manager will lead Lean transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity across the manufacturing operations, utilizing structured problem-solving and team facilitation.
