Own and sustain bonding equipment and processes for high-volume flow cell manufacturing. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, automation, instrumentation, and process issues; improve yield, throughput, utilization, reliability, and process capability. Develop experiments, DOEs, SPC responses, risk assessments, and equipment/software test plans. Maintain Camstar MES models, document validations and improvements, support new product transfers and equipment qualifications, and collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and global sites.

Develop and implement production-grade bioinformatics algorithms for NGS secondary analysis, focusing on structural variant detection, pangenome references, graph algorithms, and assembly methods. Collaborate with software, FPGA, quality, testing, and clinical genomics teams while communicating technical findings to diverse audiences. The role requires strong genomics, algorithms, statistics, C++, and software development expertise.

Develop and improve bioinformatics algorithms for oncology applications, especially minimal residual disease detection in circulating tumor DNA. Responsibilities include prototyping NGS algorithms, analyzing variant and biomarker detection methods, designing experiments for oncology assays, collaborating with internal and external teams, providing technical guidance, and communicating results across functions.
