The Associate Director will lead R&D in molecular biology, managing teams, overseeing operations, and driving product development for NGS products.

Lead process development, scale-up, and transfer of sequencing consumable manufacturing processes. Apply DOEs and CPM, troubleshoot yield/quality issues, author process documentation, manage suppliers/CMOs, and support launch and high-volume production in a regulated environment.

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will optimize deployment and management of cloud-based informatics assets, support CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate on automation and cloud operations to improve genomic informatics solutions.
