Leads complex R&D strategic partnership programs by translating objectives and partner commitments into integrated plans, governance structures, schedules, budgets, and risk-management processes. Coordinates cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, manages partner relationships, drives decisions and escalations, and maintains portfolio reporting. The role also develops reusable alliance-management tools and operating practices while ensuring execution across ambiguous, matrixed environments.

Leads complex cross-functional programs for Illumina’s high-throughput sequencing platforms, including product improvements, sustaining initiatives, lifecycle management, quality actions, and post-market activities. Develops integrated plans, manages risks, budgets, dependencies, and governance, and reports portfolio performance to executive leadership. Partners across development, quality, regulatory, operations, service, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to align technical execution with customer, business, and compliance objectives.

Design and operate enterprise AI infrastructure across AWS and Azure, including federated AI agents, MCP servers, agent orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, security, authentication, monitoring, governance, and AI-enabled development workflows. Integrate LLMs and generative AI, lead adoption of AI-augmented software practices, collaborate with internal teams, and mentor engineers.
