Lead Illumina's international tax function, overseeing global tax computations (Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, FTC), transfer pricing, OECD reporting, audit strategy, and strategic tax planning. Manage and mentor junior staff, collaborate with Finance/Accounting, deliver tax positions to stakeholders, and drive tax policy to support effective tax rate objectives and compliance.

Support process development and sustaining in high-volume multi-product manufacturing: troubleshoot yield/quality, design and run experiments, optimize processes, define equipment/specs, and collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality to release and improve production processes.
