Lead Technology FP&A including weekly/monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, FinOps and TCO analysis, KPI and variance reporting, project financial performance, cost optimization, headcount/capex/opex reporting, and financial modeling for technology investments; present results to executives and improve reporting through automation.

Conduct scripted virtual interviews with long-term care insurance applicants, collect and accurately document health history and care needs, enter data for underwriting/claims, handle complex intake calls, meet quality and production targets, and follow compliance policies.
