Leads brand marketing and communications for Tigers initiatives, overseeing graphic design, integrated campaigns, social media, public relations, influencer engagement, sponsor activations, signage, analytics, and game-day event execution. Creates visual and written content, manages media relations and digital calendars, supports ticket presales, tracks campaign performance, and ensures consistent brand and sponsorship messaging across digital, print, stadium, and community channels.

Serve as a Detroit Tigers promotional and entertainment ambassador at games and community events. Welcome and engage fans, distribute promotional items, lead cheers, participate in in-game activities, assist mascot PAWS, select contestants, pose for photos, and represent the organization at festivals and youth events. Requires recent performance, modeling, promotions, dance, or acting experience; confidence, improvisational ability, physical stamina, and availability for at least 45 home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Support the Engineering Manager in overseeing mechanical maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, boilers, chillers), supervise and train maintenance staff, manage contractors, coordinate preventative/corrective maintenance, maintain inventory and documentation in CMMS, respond to emergencies, and drive safety and efficiency improvements for facility operations.
