Supports the Detroit Tigers Amateur Scouting department for the 2027 Rule IV Draft. Responsibilities include organizing events and meetings, preparing scout materials, maintaining prospect profiles and scouting databases, editing and uploading video, compiling player statistics, collecting data, performing quality control, and assisting with pre-draft workouts and scouting coverage. The role collaborates with Player Development, Analytics, and Performance Science teams and requires full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and periodic travel.

Supports daily baseball video, tracking, and technology system operations across player development activities. Captures and processes video and data, performs system checks, maintains data integrity, troubleshoots user and technology issues, and escalates problems when needed. Collaborates with analytics, performance science, systems, player development, and coaching teams. Produces reports and ad hoc analysis, recommends workflow improvements, and supports Major and Minor League rehabilitation activities. The role requires flexible hours, occasional travel, and relocation to Lakeland, Florida.

Supports daily Player Development operations across the minor league system. Coordinates player onboarding, housing, travel, visas, communications, training compliance, education programs, development camps, and Florida Complex League logistics. Maintains player and staff information, distributes materials, improves operational workflows, supports individualized player plans, and completes projects for Baseball Operations leadership. Requires strong communication, organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced office and field environment.
