Drive ILIA's retail presence in the San Francisco area by training store teams on products and application, liaising with retail partners, managing 4–8 freelance artists, analyzing regional sales, executing event activations, achieving territory sales goals, and maintaining visual merchandising and brand standards.

Lead IT operations and business systems strategy, governance, and execution for a growing company. Oversee enterprise systems (ERP/HRIS/CRM), integrations (EDI/3PL), infrastructure, security/compliance (SOC2, GDPR, CCPA), vendor/MSP management, data governance, business continuity, budgeting, and cross-functional projects while driving adoption of AI tools and improving service delivery.

Drive in-store sales and execute brand initiatives through scheduled store visits, events, and relationship building. Train and educate store teams on products and selling behaviors, track event sales, maintain visit calendars and T-Sheets, and communicate opportunities and stock concerns with managers. Must live in territory, work flexible retail hours, stand for long periods, and lift 30 lbs.
