Support and optimize end-to-end supply chain, transportation, logistics, and distribution processes. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to analyze needs, document requirements, improve processes, support ERP/WMS/TMS/EDI implementations and enhancements, perform testing (SIT/UAT), develop dashboards/KPIs, and deliver operational reporting and insights to drive efficiency and cost reduction.

The role involves enhancing production efficiency at multiple plants through electrical design, PLC programming, and project management. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, upgrading legacy systems, programming automation, and managing projects. The ideal candidate will have solid engineering skills and provide electrical assistance to manufacturing sites.

Provide process engineering support for optimization and continuous improvement of manufacturing facilities, including development of PFDs/P&IDs, mass and energy balances, process optimization for asphalt and thermal oil systems, functional testing of automated systems, participating in PHAs, and supporting capital projects and plant consultations.
