Supports process engineering and HSE initiatives in a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include creating job hazard analyses and safe work instructions, conducting 5S audits and plant walkthroughs, reviewing P&IDs, labeling equipment, analyzing project data, and contributing to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement projects.

Leads continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events at a manufacturing plant. Coordinates projects, analyzes production data, investigates root causes, eliminates waste, standardizes processes, monitors performance metrics, and reports results. Develops training materials and coaches employees on Lean principles, problem-solving, and leadership. Collaborates with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to improve efficiency, safety, quality, and plant performance.

Supervise production department to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and housekeeping goals. Manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance reviews, hiring, employee relations, and reporting. Enforce policies, coordinate with production manager, and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement.
