Handle inbound/outbound logistics: receive and process stock, returns, pick/pack orders, quality test devices, dispatch, perform cycle and monthly counts, manage stock transfers, capture data and liaise with service providers.

Sell iKhokha card machines via inbound and outbound calls, close deals, manage warm leads, meet daily KPIs and SLAs, complete and submit applications, liaise with clients and internal teams, and maintain timely multi-channel communication using CRM and Microsoft tools.

Design, build, and operate secure, high-availability fintech backend systems and APIs. Lead architecture, implement card payment integrations, deploy cloud-native services (AWS preferred), mentor engineers, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production systems, and contribute to frontend applications when needed.
