Lead IKEA Thailand's home furnishing commercial strategy, drive country-level sales, profit and margin targets, support selling channels and store teams, coordinate pricing, and develop shopkeeper competence.

Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels. Create and edit in-house content (copy, photos, short videos), manage agencies and vendors, coordinate CRM/loyalty and app initiatives, monitor and report on digital performance, and work cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and campaign delivery to drive awareness, engagement, traffic and conversions for the shopping centre.

Support recovery operations by handling and documenting returned/transferred products, repacking and returning goods to stock, assembling and pricing items for the As-Is shop, sourcing replacement parts, managing quality claims and scrapping per procedure, printing price tags, and participating in store activities.
