Ensures IKEA products remain sellable and compliant with Mexican product safety, environmental, health, quality, and legal requirements. Monitors legislation and standards, analyzes impacts, supports product investigations and recalls, liaises with authorities and consumer organizations, and provides compliance training to stores and internal teams. The role also supports product availability, safety reporting, regulatory implementation, and stakeholder communication.

Supports IKEA goods flow and logistics operations by receiving, moving, organizing, and tracking products using store systems and equipment. Maintains stock accuracy and product availability, follows lean and cost-conscious processes, contributes to team goals, and complies with health, safety, and security guidelines. Requires effective time management, attention to detail, flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work independently. Forklift operation experience or certification is preferred.
