Provides day-to-day store IT operations and technical support, troubleshoots incidents, maintains hardware and software inventories, supports audits, security updates, backups, testing, and IT projects. Coordinates vendors, compliance activities, procurement, system upgrades, and recovery procedures while supporting retail systems such as POS, CRM, Microsoft Navision, LS Retail, and SQL databases. Requires flexibility for weekend and after-hours support.

Design and implement in-store visual and verbal communications following IKEA identity. Plan, execute and evaluate store communication and range presentation, collaborate cross-functionally, support commercial opportunities, ensure visual consistency, cost-efficiency and minimal floor disruption while staying current on home furnishing and retail trends.

Create and execute in-store and digital communications that amplify IKEA's shopping experience and range presentation. Plan, implement and evaluate visual and verbal brand materials, contribute to department action plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial results and consistent local brand perception.
