Requires strong Thai market knowledge, analytical skills, sales leadership, and IKEA Store management experience.

Ensures IKEA products meet Mexican safety, environmental, health, quality, and legal requirements. Monitors product legislation and standards, reports regulatory changes, supports product investigations and recalls, manages safety and non-compliance contacts with authorities, and provides compliance training to stores. The role also maintains relationships with consumer and regulatory organizations and supports timely product approvals and safe sales launches.
