Ikano Retail Benefits Overview

Administers product ranges across IKEA selling units, aligns assortment with country strategy, supports forecasting, monitors replenishment parameters, and coordinates new and discontinued product changes. The role provides range planning information, supports new selling unit setup, assists with range selection based on capacity, and collaborates with Sales Leaders, PR&C, and Retail Flow teams to maintain product availability and smooth commercial transitions.

Leads the HR agenda for IPC Shopping Centre, partnering with leaders on workforce planning, organizational change, learning, talent, succession, recruitment, engagement, and employee relations. Oversees HR operations, payroll validation, people cost planning, administration, grievances, investigations, disciplinary matters, and compliance with Malaysian employment legislation. Also contributes to learning, talent, and leadership initiatives across Ikano Centres.

Supports store HR operations, including recruitment activities, applicant screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employment documentation, learning and development, employee engagement events, HR projects, and employee file maintenance. The intern also helps uphold company culture, maintain confidentiality, improve HR processes, and provide administrative support during peak periods, weekends, and public holidays.
