Lead IIDE’s frontend and backend engineering team, owning architecture, technical execution, delivery, production reliability, and platform modernization across LMS, portals, websites, APIs, and internal applications. Translate business requirements into technical plans, guide system design and code quality, manage releases and incidents, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and modern web engineering practices.

Create and optimize long- and short-form SEO content, conduct keyword, competitor, and content gap research, and follow Google Helpful Content and E-E-A-T guidelines. Track performance using SEO tools, improve content strategy, and ensure originality, clarity, grammar, and brand consistency. The role requires strong English writing, SEO knowledge, proofreading skills, deadline management, and collaboration in a fully office-based Mumbai setting.

Leads a team of 5–10 sales counselors to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. Responsibilities include hands-on inside sales, lead conversion, coaching, funnel and CRM management, call audits, performance tracking, follow-ups, objection handling, and collaboration with marketing to improve lead quality and sales effectiveness.
