Supports end-to-end recruitment for Sales and other roles by sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting high-volume phone screenings, maintaining candidate records, preparing hiring reports, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting a positive candidate experience. The intern will also assist with documentation, shortlisting, onboarding, and repetitive administrative tasks while developing recruitment and stakeholder-management skills.

Guide prospective students through career decisions, conduct one-on-one counselling, recommend programs, follow up on admissions leads, and convert inquiries into enrollments. Build relationships with students and parents, maintain CRM records, collaborate with admissions and marketing teams, support enrollment initiatives, and work toward monthly targets in a fast-paced office environment.

Develop structured academic content for digital business programs, including presentations, lesson plans, notes, case studies, assignments, exercises, and assessments. Research emerging trends in digital marketing, AI, technology, entrepreneurship, and business; update curricula; review materials for quality and accuracy; and collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts, and internal teams to improve learner-focused content.
