Leads business development prospecting, lead generation, CRM operations, pipeline reporting, campaigns, LinkedIn activity, conference outreach, and team performance. Personally qualifies prospects and secures introductory meetings while building scalable outreach systems, SOPs, dashboards, and automation workflows. Manages lead generators and a business development analyst, coaches team members, tracks KPIs, improves conversion performance, and coordinates handoffs to project management.

Provides broad HR support with a primary focus on full-cycle talent acquisition. Partners with managers on workforce planning, develops sourcing strategies, screens candidates, coordinates interviews and offers, and maintains applicant tracking records. Supports onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance coaching, employment verifications, unemployment claims, compliance, and HR process improvements. The role requires strong knowledge of California employment law, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and experience in operationally complex environments.

Supports business development and asset management by researching markets and prospects, screening modular housing deals, tracking affordable housing funding activity, preparing proposals and pitch materials, maintaining LIHTC and conference databases, managing HubSpot records and reports, and preparing meeting briefs and asset management reporting. The role is an analytical development position supporting senior origination efforts.
