Coordinates documentation, inspection, warranty claims, defect origin determinations, corrective work, vendor administration, and construction deficiency tracking across modular housing projects. Maintains defect ledgers, evidence records, warranty registers, Smartsheet boards, and weekly reports. Coordinates property access, subcontractor crews, manufacturers, and property management while traveling between manufacturing and residential project sites.

Manage multifamily and commercial modular construction projects from preconstruction through certificate of occupancy. Own schedules, budgets, scope, change management, design coordination, factory-to-site logistics, permitting, client communications, and project reporting. Coordinate the manufacturing facility, architect, general contractor, and client while supporting pursuits and resolving construction issues. Regular travel to the Yorba Linda facility and California project sites is required, including multi-day module-set visits.

Supports business development and asset management by researching markets and prospects, screening modular housing deals, tracking affordable housing funding activity, preparing proposals and pitch materials, maintaining LIHTC and conference databases, managing HubSpot records and reports, and preparing meeting briefs and asset management reporting. The role is an analytical development position supporting senior origination efforts.
