Manage new and existing customer accounts, achieve revenue and margin targets, and drive renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. Build relationships with business and technology decision-makers, oversee customer satisfaction through implementation, maintain forecasts and CRM records, support collections, and participate in marketing events and customer visits.
