Leads daily solar installation operations at construction sites, directing crews, making onsite decisions, enforcing safety and quality standards, coordinating materials and logistics, communicating with customers and stakeholders, documenting project progress, and supporting solar installation tasks. Requires strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, solar PV installation experience, construction leadership, organizational ability, and independent decision-making.

Leads business performance analytics for the Residential Business Unit, translating data into insights and recommendations that improve growth, retention, customer experience, operations, and profitability. Responsibilities include KPI development, executive reporting, root-cause analysis, customer and workforce analytics, revenue-risk analysis, dashboard improvement, cross-functional project leadership, and stakeholder communication. The role is expected to develop into a people leadership position.

Provides employee relations support across the U.S. and Canada, coaching leaders, conducting workplace investigations, managing corrective actions, interpreting policies, and mitigating employment risk. Supports onboarding, leaves, accommodations, organizational changes, compliance initiatives, documentation, and broader HR projects. Requires Canadian employment-practices knowledge, strong investigation and conflict-resolution skills, discretion, communication, organization, and 1–3 years of progressive HR or employee relations experience.
