Teams at Ignite Reading

Leads DevOps and Data Engineering teams supporting AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, incident response, data platforms, and pipelines. Sets platform strategy, mentors engineers, guides architecture, and manages technical roadmaps. Owns SOC 2 audits and penetration testing, coordinates vendors and auditors, improves security and reliability, and coaches teams on validating AI-assisted development. This player-coach role requires hands-on technical contribution and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Lead a small analytics team (staff data scientist + two analysts) to deliver curriculum, product, and program insights. Split time between people management (60-70%) and hands-on analysis (30-40%), advance experimentation and measurement, build AI/LLM-driven agentic workflows, manage sprints and cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and drive analytics that inform curriculum, product, and intervention strategies.

Lead advanced analytics and ML for partner-facing teams: build end-to-end predictive models (churn, lead scoring, health scores), marketing attribution and mix models, and maintain ML lifecycle standards. Develop agentic workflows and Claude Skills to accelerate work, mentor analytics team, and translate model outputs into actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and CX.
