Manage survey onboarding, configuration, rollovers, and related workflows; support CRM-driven customer engagement and respondent services; coordinate email/SMS outreach and campaign segmentation; maintain knowledge base and self-service content; support data management, system integrations, testing, and troubleshooting; develop operational reports and dashboards; drive process improvements and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution in Agile teams.

Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise A/V and collaboration systems with emphasis on Cisco Webex Room Kit and ThunderCAT. Diagnose issues across hardware, software, network, and application layers; configure Biamp/Tesira, Crestron, Aurora, and Dante networks; coordinate cross-functional teams; monitor performance; perform root cause analysis; and support mission-critical events and executive collaboration.

Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise A/V and collaboration systems (Cisco Webex Room Kit, Biamp, Crestron, Dante). Diagnose multi-layer network and AV issues, perform root cause analysis, coordinate cross-functional teams, document solutions, and support mission-critical meetings and events.
