Lead technical design and delivery for cloud, web, and mobile software powering smart access control. Own architecture reviews, API contracts, engineering standards, sprint delivery, testing, CI/CD, hardware integration, and technical debt reduction. Partner with product, design, QA, and engineering teams while mentoring engineers through reviews and pairing. The role requires strong backend or full-stack expertise, technical leadership, and experience with connected hardware or mobile-integrated products.

Provides frontline customer support across phone, email, and chat for B2B and B2C customers. Resolves product, account, and technical issues; manages cases through closure; maintains CRM documentation; and builds customer relationships. Collaborates with Product, Software, Sales, and Marketing teams to share feedback and improve support processes. The role also involves troubleshooting smart home and IoT products, supporting account retention, and working rotating shifts remotely from Cebu.
