Acquire and manage e-commerce sellers for TikTok Shop, negotiate commercial terms, curate product assortments, analyze trends and sales data, and develop promotional campaigns. The role partners with creators and internal teams to improve seller performance, inventory readiness, fulfillment, pricing, and GMV through live-streaming and short-video commerce.

Leads architecture and technical strategy for a high-availability, microservices-based platform while managing the Pune engineering hub. Oversees system design, code reviews, security, releases, scalability, cloud operations, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and SRE practices. Recruits, mentors, and develops multidisciplinary Engineering, QA, DevOps/SRE, and Integration teams, partnering with global product and business stakeholders across multiple countries.

Provides strategic and operational HR support for Igloo’s India office, focusing on talent development, performance management, succession planning, employer branding, employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, HRIS administration, employee communications, and training. Partners with managers and regional HR stakeholders to implement people initiatives, optimize workflows, and provide practical guidance on complex HR matters.
