Support finance team with daily transactions, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, tax and compliance filings, AR/AP management, reporting, budgeting support, and audit documentation. Ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Manage and negotiate partnerships with insurers, design and launch insurance products with cross-functional teams, drive business development and market expansion, coordinate stakeholders, monitor industry trends, and report strategic insights to leadership to grow Igloo's brokered insurance offerings.

Perform invoice review and GL coding; reconcile bank, backend and operational data; support month-end accruals and closings; manage receivables/payables aging and daily cash; prepare PPn and withholding tax schedules; assist external audits and handle ad hoc finance projects.
