Own the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for IG’s digital servicing tooling suite. Define customer and agent problems, make build-versus-buy decisions, lead discovery and delivery, embed AI across service journeys, and improve customer satisfaction while reducing service costs. Partner with engineering, design, compliance, legal, marketing, and leadership; navigate regulation, define metrics, drive experimentation, and mentor other product managers.

Supports end-to-end KYC onboarding for retail clients by verifying documentation, completing AML/KYC checks, resolving straightforward client queries, maintaining audit-ready records, identifying discrepancies, and escalating risks or complex cases. The role also supports quality checks, audit requests, process improvements, and adherence to KPIs, SLAs, regulatory requirements, and updated KYC/AML procedures.

Provide digital-first customer support through Intercom across product, market, and platform queries. Resolve issues efficiently, maintain high productivity and quality standards, de-escalate sensitive situations, and escalate when appropriate. Collaborate with global teams, promote process improvements, contribute to training documentation, and develop knowledge of financial products and trading concepts while delivering excellent customer experiences.
