Designs Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, developer self-service tooling, and observability standards. Provides technical direction, establishes DevOps and DevSecOps practices, reduces platform risk, and mentors engineering teams while partnering with security, FinOps, and development stakeholders.
