Serve as the technical and functional authority during sales cycles for Ultimo EAM software. Advise customers, design tailored solutions, deliver demonstrations, prepare estimates and tender documentation, and support complex bids through closing. Partner with Account Executives on win strategies, maintain demo environments, validate technical fit, and share customer and market insights with Product, R&D, and Sales teams.

Lead enterprise data strategy, architecture, governance, metadata management, data cataloging, lineage, MDM, and data modeling initiatives. Design scalable Microsoft Fabric and OneLake platforms, optimize analytics architectures, support AI and machine learning workloads, and ensure data security, compliance, quality, and discoverability. Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, analysts, and governance teams while providing technical leadership, mentoring, architecture reviews, and roadmap guidance.

Leads large, complex ERP implementation projects from planning through closure, overseeing scope, resources, governance, financial controls, risks, quality, and stakeholder communication. Serves as an executive-level customer advisor, drives value realization, revenue growth, change management, and upselling, and develops project methodologies, teams, and future project leaders. Collaborates across consulting, sales, customer success, R&D, and support while shaping enterprise project-management strategy and ERP delivery best practices.
