Owns financial controllership and commercial governance for the Client Experience consulting portfolio. Reviews SOWs, manages billing, revenue recognition, project P&Ls, margins, change orders, financial close, forecasting, and commercial risk. Partners with Finance, FP&A, Sales, and CX leadership to maintain financial discipline, renewal-risk visibility, data integrity, and operational performance.

Own technical discovery and proof-of-concept delivery for strategic prospects and customers using the IFS Loops agentic AI platform. Translate business needs into rapid, valuable solutions, present to both technical and executive audiences, support live deals, and feed customer insights into product strategy. Train global presales teams, evaluate use cases, and develop prototypes using AI-assisted tools. Customer travel may comprise approximately 25–50%.

Provide advanced onsite and remote IT support across Windows, macOS, mobile, and Apple enterprise environments. Manage Mac fleets with Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and Intune; troubleshoot escalated issues; maintain office technology; and implement AI-driven tools and workflow automations. The role also supports infrastructure projects, documentation, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and regional offices while promoting secure, reliable, user-focused IT services.
