Lead and supervise 2nd/3rd shift manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and production targets. Manage teams, enforce compliance, analyze production data, coordinate maintenance and materials, drive continuous improvement, and maintain accurate operational reporting.

Perform quality testing of incoming materials and finished products, support formulation and scale-up, maintain and calibrate lab equipment, enter SPC data, perform production floor audits, assist batch makers, and manage root-cause/corrective actions and documentation.
