The Associate Director, Operational Risk manages operational risks across multiple levels, provides advice on new products, and strengthens risk management frameworks. This role involves assessing risks, conducting reviews, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure compliance and enhance operational risk management.

Lead and implement North America public affairs strategy, build government and stakeholder relationships, advise investment teams on policy and reputational risks, manage media and executive communications, prepare policy and briefing materials, and support integrated engagement and governance for corporate public policy and stakeholder relations.

Support accounting, tax, reporting and operational needs for investment products. Prepare asset valuations, unit pricing and NAVs; oversee administrators and unit registry; manage hedge/FX and liquidity; prepare regulatory, tax and compliance reporting; and deliver investor communications and ad-hoc requirements.
