Produce 3–4 short blog posts weekly (200–400 words), research and conduct interviews, and write longer feature pieces profiling people affected by social issues. Gain on-the-ground journalistic experience, contribute to editorial direction, and grow into senior or editorial roles within the organization.

Lead development and scale iFLIP4's website: build full production site, maintain beta, manage developer team, create responsive pages, implement APIs, author technical design docs, collaborate with product/design, and optimize performance and infrastructure.

Write 3–4 short weekly blog posts (200–400 words), conduct interviews, and produce feature-length profiles on social issues. Work as a self-starting member of a selective editorial team, focusing on on-the-ground reporting to highlight people affected by causes and grow into senior editorial roles over time.
