Lead development and scale iFLIP4's website: build full production site, maintain beta, manage developer team, create responsive pages, implement APIs, author technical design docs, collaborate with product/design, and optimize performance and infrastructure.

Lead iFLIP4's editorial strategy and execution across multimedia. Recruit, train, and manage a national network of part-time editors and freelancers. Produce and edit content, perform basic coding and CMS publishing, optimize headlines for social and SEO, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate on innovative content campaigns to drive engagement and action.

Lead and produce high-impact visual content (infographics, flyers, stickers, email templates, promo graphics), manage a small design team, collaborate with web/game/app designers and founders, incorporate feedback from panels and focus groups, and define the long-term artistic identity for the startup.
