As a Guidewire Engineer, you will implement a cloud-based core insurance system, design and deploy robust solutions, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and improve identity and access management systems using modern IAM protocols and services. Implement secure authentication, authorization, and user provisioning; ensure high availability and strong operational security; produce developer docs and demo apps; advise on integration patterns; provide technical leadership and participate in Agile and QA processes.

Build and scale If’s referral, affiliate and digital partnership ecosystem across the Baltics. Own partner recruitment, onboarding, incentive models, commercial performance and optimization using data and cross-functional collaboration. Define operating model, governance, tracking and integrations to turn partnerships into a predictable customer acquisition channel.
