Own strategic relationships with Lithuania’s largest corporate customers, grow a profitable Motor insurance portfolio, acquire new business, and manage renewals. Lead negotiations, tenders, broker relationships, and customer-specific account plans while coordinating Underwriting, Claims, and specialist teams. Develop tailored insurance and risk-management solutions for complex fleet and mobility needs, contribute to Baltic strategic initiatives, and provide market insights. The role requires commercial insurance expertise, strong relationship management, analytical judgment, and fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Leads the Nordic Customer Lifecycle Management capability across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back. Owns lifecycle strategy, customer engagement models, omnichannel experience principles, and cross-market alignment. Manages three chapter leaders and approximately 20 specialists while partnering with Sales, Product, Partnerships, CRM, Analytics, Tribes, and business stakeholders. Translates business ambitions into scalable frameworks, drives measurable customer and business outcomes, and coaches leaders within a matrix organization.

Own strategic relationships with Estonia’s largest corporate customers, grow a profitable insurance portfolio, and acquire new business. Lead sales, renewals, tenders, negotiations, broker relationships, and customer-specific account plans. Coordinate Underwriting, Risk Engineering, Claims, and other specialists to deliver tailored insurance and risk-management solutions. Represent Estonia in Baltic initiatives and contribute market insights. The role focuses on Health and/or Property insurance and requires fluency in Estonian and English, with occasional regional travel.
