Own manufacturing readiness and process development for electrical control panels, translating customer requirements into build-ready processes. Lead design-for-manufacturability reviews, NPI and pilot builds, routings, labor estimates, work instructions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze production data, troubleshoot shop-floor issues, coordinate tooling and resources, and collaborate with design engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and customers to improve cost, quality, delivery, and production reliability.

Plans and supports operations for an assigned value stream by maintaining MRP data, work orders, schedules, capacity plans, and planning parameters. Coordinates with operations, supply chain, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure timely production and delivery. Analyzes shortages and on-time delivery misses, drives corrective actions, expedites purchase orders, and provides accurate work order, sales order, and material information to internal and external customers.

Designs, configures, tests, implements, and supports SAP PP, LE, WM, and MM solutions for global manufacturing and logistics operations. Analyzes business processes, maintains master data, supports integrations and M&A activities, develops documentation, trains users, and provides go-live and break-fix support. Drives continuous improvement, data analysis, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
