Lead Quality, Safety, and Mission Assurance compliance for aerospace and defense government contracts. Responsibilities include implementing AS9100D and MDA-compliant quality systems, overseeing audits and inspections, managing hardware, software, documentation, and data quality, tracking defects and corrective actions, maintaining safety and configuration controls, reporting quality metrics, and supporting mission readiness across development, production, operations, and sustainment phases.

Design and architect radar and signal processing algorithms and models, perform RCS prediction and RF static range measurements, develop DSP solutions, and implement analysis tools using MATLAB/Python/C. Work with RF/optical prototyping and collaborate on ML/AI-accelerated weapon system engineering. Must hold active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship; position located in Huntsville, AL.

Develop and analyze radar signal processing algorithms, perform RF/RCS measurements and predictions, create models and tools, and support prototype/low-rate production for defense systems. Collaborate across teams and communicate results to stakeholders.
