Manage client relationships and support wealth management activities, including portfolio analysis, trade execution, account maintenance, alternative investment reviews, performance reporting, portfolio recommendations, client meetings, investment advice, and quarterly reviews. The role supports Managing Directors and Partners while delivering customized financial strategies and responsive client service.

Supports IEQ Capital’s inorganic growth pipeline by managing Salesforce records, conducting sourcing research, coordinating advisor diligence and home office visits, supporting sales-cycle materials, and tracking opportunities. The role also coordinates third-party recruiters, develops process documentation and reporting tools, and collaborates with internal teams to facilitate advisor team onboarding. Responsibilities combine sales operations, relationship development, data management, business diligence, and cross-functional process coordination.
