Supports wealth management partners by handling money movement, account creation and maintenance, portfolio performance updates, database management, and ad hoc projects. Communicates with clients about asset transfers and account opening, participates in market education, and ensures compliance with operational policies and confidentiality standards. The role offers career progression into senior client-facing or operational positions.

Lead client relationship management and support Managing Directors and Partners with portfolio analysis, trade execution, account maintenance, and customized financial strategies. Review alternative investments, prepare performance and allocation reports, provide investment advice in client meetings, handle client servicing and inquiries, and conduct quarterly performance reviews.

Supports full-cycle recruiting by partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines and ATS records, and managing candidates through offers. The role also tracks recruiting data, supports process improvements, and assists with recruiting events, internship programs, and university partnerships. Candidates should have 1–3 years of recruiting experience, strong organization and communication skills, ATS proficiency, and experience with proactive sourcing.
