Manage FEMA Public Assistance and other federal grants: process applications and reimbursements, ensure compliance with Title 2 CFR and state rules, monitor subrecipients, support audits and closeouts, provide technical guidance, lead meetings, and maintain grant documentation and audit readiness.

Administer federally funded grant programs with a focus on FEMA Public Assistance: manage applications, reimbursements, reporting, eligibility reviews, monitoring, audits and closeouts; maintain project records; provide technical assistance to applicants and subrecipients; ensure regulatory compliance and support audits and monitoring events.

Support Project Manager by reviewing CDBG-MIT applications, performing risk assessments, coordinating environmental and construction reviews, preparing reports/presentations, maintaining project documentation, ensuring compliance with federal and local codes, and delivering required submittals to PRDOH. Assist with communication, project recommendations, and implementation of work plans and record-keeping.
