Manage full lifecycle of FEMA Public Assistance grants: applications, reimbursement requests, eligibility reviews, recordkeeping, subrecipient monitoring, procurements, audits, closeouts, and provide technical guidance to recipients and management.

Lead implementation of a multi-year Rural Health Transformation Program: develop strategy, manage grant compliance, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders; supervise project staff; analyze program data and produce reports; ensure audit readiness and translate analytics into actionable recommendations. Must reside in Vermont and travel as needed.

Support the Project Manager by reviewing CDBG-MIT applications, conducting risk assessments, coordinating project documentation and compliance, performing environmental and construction reviews, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring timely submission of deliverables to PRDOH.
