Leads Idyllwild Arts’ philanthropic program through major-gift fundraising, donor cultivation, annual giving, portfolio management, and pipeline forecasting. Personally solicits significant gifts, develops parent and family philanthropy, coaches development staff, prepares donor strategies and proposals, and coordinates with institutional teams on sustainable giving opportunities. The role requires strong relationship management, writing, financial, CRM, and stewardship skills, along with regular campus presence and regional or national donor travel.

Coordinates alumni, family, and community engagement programs for Idyllwild Arts. Responsibilities include maintaining engagement calendars, organizing events, developing volunteer and mentor opportunities, supporting communications, maintaining accurate CRM records, identifying fundraising referrals, coordinating vendors and budgets, and producing engagement reports. The role is campus-based in Idyllwild, California, with occasional regional travel and evening or weekend events.
