Design, implement, and maintain cyber range and test bed environments. Architect physical, virtual, and cloud networks; manage routing, switching, firewalls, AD, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, and SANs. Deploy bare-metal and virtual systems; develop automation and orchestration using Ansible/Chef/FOG/Python/Bash; administer VMware/KVM/Xen and Windows/Linux servers; monitor performance, troubleshoot, and mitigate network vulnerabilities; integrate ICS/SCADA, IoT, RF, and camera systems to support training and testing.

Lead planning, development, and execution of cyber training programs and exercises. Supervise training staff, develop schedules and materials, support Army and Joint Cyber Training, run scenarios in cyber range/test bed environments, integrate OT/IT and cellular/network technologies, evaluate training effectiveness, and report recommendations.

Provide administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers, monitor infrastructure performance, support cloud/virtualized environments, apply security controls, troubleshoot systems and coordinate with technical teams.
