Senior Designer responsible for creating strategic brand, print, digital, web, and integrated campaign creative for mission-based clients. The role develops high-fidelity layouts, campaign concepts, brand deliverables, responsive website designs, and micro-animation guidance while collaborating with UX, development, strategy, copy, and account teams. Responsibilities include leading visual direction, presenting design rationale, ensuring accessibility and quality standards, managing multiple complex projects, and contributing to the growth of the creative practice.

Develop creative strategies, research trends, define project objectives, facilitate brainstorming, create proposals and briefs, guide campaigns, write copy, and evaluate campaign effectiveness. The Strategist collaborates with clients and cross-functional design, marketing, and product teams to deliver innovative, on-brand solutions aligned with business goals.
