Provides technical and field support for Advanced Flow Solutions fire and safety products. Responsibilities include installing and testing systems, training customers, developing specifications and curriculum, collecting customer feedback, supporting sales, testing new products, designing wiring harnesses, and advising engineering and product management. Requires expertise in vehicle electrical, multiplexing, engine, hydraulic, and apparatus pumping systems, along with strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Travel exceeds 50%.

Designs and prototypes laser diode-based illuminators and opto-electronic systems. Responsibilities include optical modeling with Zemax, component specification, beam shaping and delivery, prototype integration and testing, electronic subsystem troubleshooting, test data and statistical analysis, and collaboration with optomechanical and CAD designers. The role requires laboratory work with optical and electronic test equipment, laser physics expertise, and compliance with clean room protocols.

Develops and maintains supply and production plans to meet customer demand while balancing inventory, capacity, and efficiency. Manages production schedules and work orders in ERP systems, monitors inventory and supply risks, analyzes supply chain KPIs, and coordinates with manufacturing, procurement, demand planning, customer service, warehouse, and commercial teams. Supports recovery planning, master-data accuracy, continuous improvement, SIOP reviews, and corrective actions in a manufacturing environment.
