Lead site HR function partnering with site leadership to manage employee relations, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits enrollment, training, HRIS data accuracy, engagement surveys, and safety committee participation. Drive retention, succession planning, and implementation of HR policies to ensure compliance and an inclusive workplace.

Own and prioritize an enterprise product backlog and delivery roadmap. Define features, translate business needs into requirements, plan sprints, collaborate with engineering/quality/sales, communicate progress and tradeoffs, and advocate for customers throughout the product lifecycle.

Lead international tax planning, compliance, and ASC 740 reporting for global entities. Oversee US international tax filings (GILTI, FDII, BEAT), transfer pricing documentation, country-by-country reporting, and tax effects of M&A and restructurings. Support audits, monitor international tax legislation, collaborate with accounting, legal, treasury, and operating divisions, and drive team development and process automation.
