Leads comprehensive human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee and labor relations, payroll, benefits, leave administration, performance management, engagement, compliance, training, HRIS records, and workforce analytics. Partners with leaders on organizational effectiveness, investigations, employee development, safety, and process improvements while ensuring employment-law and company-policy compliance. This fully onsite role supports a manufacturing office in Punta Gorda.

Leads continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and commercial operations in multiple facilities. Responsibilities include facilitating kaizen events, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, workforce training, roadmap development, process optimization, and cross-functional change leadership. The role focuses on improving productivity and quality, reducing waste, supporting capital projects and new product introductions, and promoting safety and continuous learning through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Leads enterprise DEI and culture strategy, organizational change, employee listening, leadership development, and inclusion initiatives. Partners with HR and business leaders to embed culture into people processes, develop frameworks and governance, measure organizational culture, improve employee engagement, and support employee resource groups. Serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on culture, change, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness while managing vendors and collaborating across a complex global enterprise.
