The Supply Chain Manager drives customer on-time-delivery improvements, inventory reduction, and cost reductions while managing a supply chain team and implementing strategic initiatives in order management and logistics.

Plan, develop, and execute marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and sales. Manage collateral, website and webshop content, social media, email campaigns, product catalog, trade shows, vendor/agency relationships, CRM optimization, campaign analysis, and market research to support product marketing and brand consistency.

Lead monthly collection, consolidation, and analysis of financial metrics across five manufacturing sites. Prepare and review journal entries, support month-end close, report KPIs, analyze variances, and provide operational financial insights. Partner with business leaders on productivity, sourcing savings, forecasts, SOX testing, labor studies, and ad hoc projects. Role expected to expand into site business partnering and cost accounting responsibilities.
