Provides technical guidance on SolidWorks, testing, automation, and data analysis while mentoring engineers and maintaining ISO/IATF-aligned processes.

Leads master production scheduling and the SIOP process for manufacturing product lines. Balances demand, inventory, capacity, materials, and supplier capabilities while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Develops forecasts, manages safety stock, identifies capacity constraints, drives corrective actions, and presents risks and opportunities to leadership. Supports annual operating plans and long-range strategic planning.
