Supervise engineers and designers supporting industrial product sustainment, custom orders, production issues, product improvements, cost reduction, and VAVE initiatives. Assign and schedule projects, monitor deadlines and performance, conduct evaluations, mentor personnel, promote engineering best practices, and coordinate with product management, operations, customers, suppliers, and leadership. The role requires experience with rotating equipment, casting design, precision-machined parts, and engineering software.

Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships for engineered sealing solutions. The Sales Engineer will prospect customers, execute territory growth plans, conduct technical presentations and application reviews, manage sales pipelines, and advise OEM and industrial clients. Responsibilities include gathering application requirements, collaborating with engineering and technical sales teams, supporting proposals and quotations, negotiating pricing, coordinating project execution, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Regular territory travel, trade show participation, and consultative technical selling are required.

Leads complex software implementation, development, and customer delivery projects from initiation through completion. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholders, contractors, reporting, and commercial considerations. Serves as the primary customer contact, coordinates cross-functional teams, supports pre-sales, mentors project managers, and improves PMO processes. Champions Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management practices while ensuring contractual, customer, and regulatory requirements are met.
