Sells Idera database management products to new and existing customers within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, generating revenue, maintaining customer relationships, presenting technical solution value propositions, managing opportunity pipelines and forecasts, and providing territory updates. The role requires effective communication, negotiation, organization, teamwork, and the ability to sell technical solutions.

Sell database business solutions to a defined territory by developing relationships with key decision-makers, prospecting new accounts, collaborating with pre-sales technical resources to tailor solutions, creating business proposals, and delivering high levels of customer service to meet and exceed quota targets.

Lead global accounts receivable and collections operations across domestic and international B2B software accounts. Develop collection strategies, reduce delinquency, monitor aging and disputes, support billing-to-cash execution, and provide leadership reporting. Manage AR policies, controls, reconciliations, close activities, credit risk, process automation, and AI-enabled tools. Lead and develop the AR team while partnering with Sales, Billing, Customer Success, Legal, Treasury, and Finance to resolve escalations and improve cash flow.
