Lead multidisciplinary teams to turn ambiguous business problems into viable products, services, and ventures. Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis; synthesize insights into strategic narratives; design business models, experiments, and go-to-market roadmaps; facilitate client alignment and drive execution from concept to scaled outcomes.

Lead and execute studio growth by identifying prospects, generating leads, shaping pursuits, and closing contracts. Build and deepen client relationships, partner with design and studio leaders, and strengthen studio-wide BD capabilities through coaching, systems, and playbooks. Represent IDEO externally and drive strategic growth priorities for the Chicago studio.

Lead visual communication work across brand identity, editorial, information graphics, packaging, exhibitions, and presentations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in research and prototyping, and translate complex problems into compelling visual solutions.
