Build client relationships, grow accounts, and help organisations navigate transformations including human-centred AI adoption. Contribute to practice development and represent IDEO externally.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to turn ambiguous business problems into viable products, services, and ventures. Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis; synthesize insights into strategic narratives; design business models, experiments, and go-to-market roadmaps; facilitate client alignment and drive execution from concept to scaled outcomes.
