Lead multidisciplinary interaction design projects from research and framing through prototyping and delivery. Set design direction, create digital and physical experiences, explore conversational and agentic UX, and use Figma, code, and AI-assisted tools to prototype and test ideas. Manage project plans, resources, and milestones; facilitate client collaboration; present design narratives; mentor designers; and contribute to proposals. The role requires strong human-centred design, accessibility, usability testing, stakeholder management, and interaction design craft.

Architect technical systems for digital products and AI experiences, build production-quality prototypes using real data, models, and integrations, and advise clients on technology choices. The role involves designing APIs, data models, agentic systems, guardrails, and scalable architectures; collaborating with product, design, and research teams; coaching designers; creating reusable tools; supporting proposals; and communicating technical recommendations to executives and engineering leaders.

Lead end-to-end AI-driven digital product engagements, direct multidisciplinary teams, prototype live models, mentor designers, grow client relationships, and shape IDEO's European AI product practice with regulatory-aware, human-centred design.
